Enterprise systems transformation
Led an enterprise-wide transformation spanning Salesforce, NetSuite, and Sigma Analytics. Partnered with executive leadership, Finance, and Engineering to align operating models, data integrity, and reporting.
Established governance, delivery cadence, and financial controls to support forecasting, margin visibility, and executive decisions.

Core technology remediation
Led a global program with 22 project managers to bring legacy environments onto UL’s core technology platforms, addressing integration and cybersecurity risk across acquired businesses.
Completed an approximately $33 million program over 18 months, spanning networks, computers, collaboration, servers, storage, and support. Recognized with a 2017 UL Challenge Coin.

Project portfolio management
Deployed a global project portfolio management solution, connecting project intake, capital funding, delivery, resource allocation, and benefits tracking across a heavily matrixed organization.
Partnered with Finance to refine capital requests and support investment decisions with financial and resource data. This work earned UL’s 2020 Inspirational Leadership Award.

Technology acquisition governance
Created and deployed an enterprise-wide Technology Acquisition Program, supported by an Architecture Review Board covering 13 technology domains globally.
Established a shared view of core, emerging, and declining technologies to guide secure, cost-effective purchasing and reduce unsupported applications. Recognized with a 2018 UL Challenge Coin.

Project delivery methodology
Redesigned the SDLC and project delivery lifecycle to give teams consistent standards while allowing the delivery approach to fit the work: Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or SAFe.
Combined delivery standards with portfolio scorecards and rolling roadmaps to surface dependencies, prioritize work, and help leaders remove obstacles. Recognized with a 2016 UL Challenge Coin.
